On July 1, 2010 any flaggers working on the NCDOT right of way or on any NCDOT state road, highway or interstate will be required to be a qualified flagger.

We provide on site half day flagger training to utilities, contractors, municipalities and engineering firms. Call today to schedule the NCDOT sanctioned Flagger Qualification course.

 

Our flagging instructor follows the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) program. Upon completion of the Flagger Qualification program, participants will receive an NCDOT Flagger Qualification card produced by UtilityComm Resources Inc and signed by our instructor. Successful completion of training will be demonstration of flagging skills in an outside performance exercise and passing an end-of-course test.

 

The NCDOT Flagging Qualification card will provide the training date, and the participant will be responsible for remembering to obtain recertification three years after that date.
